Shipping, warranty, returns

  • Every piece comes with 2 year warranty, not appliable when pedal is misued - wrong power supply is used (always use 9V center negative), modded/repaired by someone else
  • Two weeks money back guarantee, what does not apply to shipping costs.
  • Within the European Union (EU), import customs apply to all parcels originating from outside the EU. This entails either paying duties based on the declared value or declaring the incoming item as a 'return.' In the latter scenario, we are required to engage a customs office to fulfill import duties, incurring a fee of approximately 40 EUR. The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses, as well as the mentioned import duties or customs office fee. While there is no restocking fee, returning a pedal with any signs of wear will result in a deduction of no less than 15% of its value from the refund. I am testing every pedal, minimizing the likelihood of dispatching a malfunctioning product. However, in the rare event that this occurs or for general return and warranty procedures, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue. We will find a way how to fix this situation.
  • All listed pedals are in stock, ready to be shipped within 3 working days. (does not apply to pre-order listings)

  • In the event that the received shipment displays any visible damage, it is imperative that the buyer initiates a request for the completion of reclamation documents in a timely manner. These documents should be carefully completed and returned to the courier upon delivery, with the buyer retaining a signed copy for their records. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in the denial of a refund for any damages incurred during the shipping process. Therefore, it is vital that the buyer contacts me immediately in such circumstances.
  • International deliveries will be subject to import customs regulations in the country of destination, therefore the buyer assumes full responsibility for any applicable import duties
